This is the wall I will be working with as the piece develops.

My most recent installation at l'atelier couture. I am excited about this piece, because not only did I have the opportunity to install it in the boutique I bought my wedding dress, but I got to meet and have a critique with designer Peter Langner! This piece is not complete yet. It will eventually span the entire length of the wall and down to the lower level.

I have recently been working on creating my own patterns! I have been using Designers Guild and Roma wallpapers in the past to create my work. And now I'm ready to use my own. For now my designs are screen printed on fabric and will soon be turned into flocked wallpaper. These are some of the drawings I will be using to create my patterns.

This was my first installation using vinyl. I wanted the pattern to continue off the tiles into another space and eventually turn into something of its own. I want a connection to occur between the ceramic pieces and the wall its displayed on. The wall then becomes part of the piece.

This is the only piece I have titled. It is called, "Tiffany." I painted the wall the exact color of a Tiffany's jewelry box. I am inspired by the 1960's, which was when the movie "Breakfast at Tiffany's" was created. I wanted to make a piece, which reflected the era as well an experience.

The Originals!

One of my first pieces! Creating the piece took 5 full months and the installment took 24 hours. I learned a great deal creating and installing this piece of artwork! I learned to never underestimate my abilities. My vision can actually come to life if I want it to. And most of all, I learned to to enjoy my work.
